This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations work for Zookie’s paid plans.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to us at hello@zookie.in.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to premium features through that date. After the billing period ends, your account will automatically move to the free tier (if available) or lose access to premium features.
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades. All charges are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Subscriptions are set to auto-renew until canceled. If you cancel and later decide to return, you may reactivate by subscribing again. Pricing and terms at the time of reactivation will apply.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at hello@zookie.in within 7 days of the charge so we can review. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. Material updates will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Please review this page periodically.
